Anna Update
A few days ago, I just had my birthday and, uh, I also released the "Anna Update" on the same day. Like I said, I was going to continue to improve myself and listen more on feedback, the feedback that other people give to me. You might ask, "So what is this 'update' technomajigery or whatever, what does it do and how could it be significant?"
Well, the answer is very, very simple.
The first 2 weeks of every month, I gather feedback from people around me—my friends, colleagues, teachers, and etc.—and, based on the feedback, I try to fix that problem/annoyance that people see in me. Take this for example: My friend said that after the new year, I stopped talking to her and we rarely talk now, and she doesn't want that and she misses me. So, after the Anna Update, I'll talk to her more and I will be nicer to her. Simple.
In short, I listen to the negative things people say to me and keep continuing the positive things I hear from people. Errors and problems will be fixed every 17th and at the end of every month (which is the 31th in January). Until then, I will spend the time gathering feedback and trying to just basically find a fix for them.
So, here's the changelog for the Anna Update:
- Renewed blog posting schedule from Monday, Thursday, and Sunday to Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
- Be nicer and talk to Ashley more.
- I added a new Steam profile to replace my old one.
- Be more socially active in school. [Based on Bernadette's assessment.]
- I fixed some known bugs on this bug, although they were barely noticeable.
- A patch was issued to fix some parts of me being "overdramatic" during the retreat.
- I updated my profile picture and wallpaper to a picture of a girl sitting on the edge of a skyscraper. (I'll show you the pictures below.)
- I made a new motto for 2015 and updated the old one: "Assimilating lessons from yesterday whilst pursuing bright visions today in order to achieve a better tomorrow."
- Other minor bugfixes.
In short, "updating" is a way for me to find out the common problems that I have and provide a fix to them. I will keep a changelog in order to track my progress and the things I've improved upon so far.
The next update will be called "Bernadette" and it will be released on the 31st.
